MY HP printer had stopped connecting via wifi since iOS9 upgrade. I can connect my work laptop so I know it is not a printer issue, both wifi and USB connecttions work on laptop. Any help welcome

iPad Air, iOS 9.0.1, also impacts iphone 5S
Troubleshooting:
Turn Off iPad, WiFi router (remove from power), and Printer (remove from power).
Turn on WiFi router
Wait 30 seconds
Turn on printer
Wait 30 seconds
Turn on iPad
Try to print.
